Welcome to POS Pintar: Kasir Warung! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application POS Pintar: Kasir Warung (Package Name: com.aplikasi.kasir.pos.pintar), websites, and related point-of-sale services operated by Potensiku Indonesia (Developer: Potensiku Indonesia, hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the Application, you (“User,” “Merchant,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.

1. Description of Service

POS Pintar: Kasir Warung is a mobile point-of-sale (POS) and business management solution designed for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs / UMKM), merchants, and entrepreneurs. The Application offers services including, but not limited to:

Product catalog management, inventory/stock tracking, and price/discount settings.
Sales transaction recording and shift/employee access history.
Barcode scanning for checkout and inventory updates.
Payment processing integration and recording.
Customer debt and receivable tracking (pencatatan hutang & piutang).
Automated financial reporting, daily/weekly/monthly revenue dashboards, and analytics.

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or remove features from the Application at any time to improve performance or comply with regulatory updates.

2. Account Registration & Google OAuth

A. Account Creation

To access the Application, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or sign in via Google OAuth 2.0 using your Google Account.

B. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract and use the Application for commercial purposes.

C. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at potensikuid@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

D. Google OAuth Integration

When authenticating via Google OAuth 2.0:

You grant us permission to access basic profile details (openid, profile, email) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our use of data received from Google APIs strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Application to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations in Indonesia or your operating jurisdiction.
Record false, fraudulent, or illegal financial transactions.
Process unlawful transactions or fraudulent attempts.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Application.
Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the Application to unauthorized third parties.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls of the Application.
Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, or harmful code into our servers or software infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

4. Payment & Financial Transactions

A. Digital Book-keeping

POS Pintar facilitates transaction recording. We act solely as a point-of-sale platform provider.
Third-party payment gateways, bank providers, or e-wallet platforms process actual payment settlement. We are not responsible for delays, chargebacks, or failures caused by financial institutions or third-party payment providers.

B. Transaction Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction prices, product catalogs, discount calculations, customer debt records (pencatatan hutang), and change calculations entered into the Application.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Our Rights

All content, software code, user interfaces, branding, logos, graphics, and trademarks associated with POS Pintar: Kasir Warung are the exclusive property of Potensiku Indonesia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

B. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install one copy of the Application on your mobile device solely for your internal business operations.

C. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data, inventory lists, sales records, and customer details that you input into the Application (“Merchant Content”). By uploading data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, backup, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve the Application services.

6. Service Availability & Support

A. Uptime & Maintenance

We strive to maintain high availability for POS Pintar. However, the Application may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. We are not liable for business interruptions caused by service downtime.

7. Account Termination & Data Deletion

A. Termination by You

You may stop using the Application and request the deletion of your account at any time through Pengaturan > Akun > Hapus Akun in the app or by emailing potensikuid@gmail.com.

B. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You breach any provision of these Terms.
Required by law enforcement or government order.
Continued operation poses a security risk to the platform or other users.

C. Data Retention Upon Termination

Upon account deletion, your personal details, sales history, inventory records, and OAuth tokens will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

A. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that financial reports or tax calculations generated by the app will replace professional accounting services.

B. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Potensiku Indonesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of sales data, business interruption, or financial errors resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Application.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
Payment processor errors, e-wallet failures, or third-party service disruptions.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (Hukum Republik Indonesia). Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Application shall first be settled through good-faith mutual negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant court in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, sending an in-app notice or email notification. Your continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
